Gamey Studio is a playful little app lab. We design and publish relaxing puzzle games and simple everyday tools and apps that are easy to start, useful to keep, and delightful to return to. GAMEY STUDIO PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMEY STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GAMEY STUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. GAMEY STUDIO'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR SIX MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gamey Studio from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, any User Content you submit, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, USA.

Termination

Gamey Studio may terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Service and, if applicable, delete your Gamey Studio account at any time. Upon termination, these Terms will no longer govern your use of the Service; however, you will remain liable for all amounts due for your prior use of the Service up to and including the date of termination.
